Store location, hours, pricing information, and product details may change from time to time, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents. In the event that any product listed on the Website is mistakenly listed as available or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or request you change your order.In line with the above, all pictures shown on the Website are purely for illustration purposes. The actual product may vary. Nutritional information displayed on the Website follows governing laws and is for instructional purposes only. Actual nutritional values of the product may vary depending on portioning.

For all charges for any products sold on the Website or in physical stores, WeWa will bill your credit card. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Payments paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by WeWa. You agree to provide valid and updated payment information. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse WeWa for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorneys’ fees and other legal expenses. WeWa does not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. For orders on the Website, payment in cash upon pickup is not allowed.

We collect personal data in relation to you when you provide it directly to us through use of the Website and/or placing an order for food and/or creating a member account through a third-party provider the Atlas Platform. We receive personal data directly from you including when you provide it to us through use of the Website, placing an order for food with a Business through the Atlas Platform or through creating an account on the Atlas Merchant Website, including, but not limited to:

• Order information. Information such as delivery address, username, payment details and location data (outlet address, device IP, we do not use GPS to track location).

• Special category data order information. You may choose to include details in your food order that indicate health information or religious beliefs.

For example, a Business may provide us with personal data about you in order for us to fulfil food orders placed with the Business through the Atlas Platform.
